Currently, I have an Arduino operating several servos and I'm curious about the maximum viable distance between the servos and the Arduino setup.
The cabling runs approximately 20 meters from the control panel to the servos.
What would be the optimal approach?

- Is it advisable to supply power locally and connect the PWM control line to the servo across 20 meters, or
- Should I position the Arduino closer and run the toggle switch connections to it over 20 meters, or
- Would it be beneficial to incorporate a TTL circuit that offers the necessary high/low signal for the switch pin while providing an independent control line apart from the Arduino’s wiring?
I am leaning towards the third option to effectively minimize voltage and signal loss.
