01 Receiving Initial Cleaning Process

Receiving bulk raw materials, such as corn and soybean meal; the initial cleaning process involves sending inspected corn and soybean meal into all operational units of the silo.

During this stage, impurities in the raw materials are removed via impurity removal and demagnetization equipment, before being transported to the silo as needed through receiving and demagnetization systems.

02 Ingredients Process

The batching procedure entails weighing the raw materials in the batching bin based on recipe requirements from the feeder located beneath each bin. After weighing, the raw materials are transferred to the powder waiting bin.

The corn ingredients are delivered from the silo to the batching scale, where the weighed raw materials are directed into the waiting bin. Smaller premixes and additives are weighed directly before being placed into the buffer bin.

03 Crushing Process

The crushing phase involves directing the raw materials in the bin to be ground into a powder using a crusher, which is then sent to a mixing bin via a conveyor for further processing. This step is essential to control the particle size of the material.

04 Mixing Process

The mixing stage integrates various crushed raw materials from the storage to the mixer, with oils added via the liquid addition system to ensure that all components mix uniformly to achieve the desired consistency. The material extracted from the mixer is considered the finished powder product, which is directly sent to the packaging process or, for pellet feed production, to the silo for pelleting.

05 Granulation, Cooling & Screening Process

The blended materials are magnetically separated and cooled from the silo for granulation. They then enter the poultry feed pellet making machine's pressing chamber, where they are transformed into pellet feed, which is subsequently cooled and screened to yield standard finished pellets.

06 Finished Product Packaging Process

The packaging scale weighs the feed from the finished product warehouse, packs it into bags, and labels and seals them before delivering to the warehouse for storage.
